Matthew Freeman is a Brooklyn based playwright with a BFA from Emerson College. One of those thoughtful rejection letters

I can't tell if I appreciate the nice, detailed single-sentence review that is now the trend in rejection letters from large theaters - or if I feel a little condescended to by it.

Or maybe, when receiving a rejection letter, I'm difficult to please.
