Okay maybe I spoke too soon...

Maybe there is a reason for playwrights to pack it in and quit and stop bothering. Thanks, Josh Conkel, for pointing out something terrible to me.

Why Zach Braff's All New People Is the Defining Play of a Generation

(Freeman dies.)

  1. It has been mentioned that the author of the piece co-wrote the screenplay of a film in 1999 that starred...Zach Braff!

    So, there's that.

  2. So...is the play about Amy Winehouse? Because she seems really fixated on Amy Winehouse.

Also - "Unbeknownst to him, he is about to be descended upon by a gang of misfits even worse off than he is, but yet have all seemed to have found, tentatively but still, something resembling coping mechanisms." That sentence hurts my brain.

  3. I'm not familiar with Zach Braff's works, but "Garden State" is highly overrated.

  4. Also, Rattlestick is producing Jesse Eisenberg's play.

    YOU'RE WELCOME!

  5. Do you think she should mention she worked and knows "Mr. Braff" So much so, her "gushing' seems more like nepotism?
