If you're a New York City area theater artist, you should make every effort to be at the League of Independent Theater candidates forum tonight.
The event is March 12, 7 to 9 p.m. at the Players, 16 Gramercy Park South.
The event is free but RSVP is required.
Please RSVP at http://litforum-eac2.eventbrite.com/.
Turnout is key here. Candidates respond to constituencies that are paying attention, that vote, that take action. If we want to ensure we have friends who can help us as we try to keep small theaters open, we need meetings like this one.
