Matthew Freeman is a Brooklyn based playwright with a BFA from Emerson College. He served as Assistant Producer and Senior Writer for the live webcast from Times Square on New Year's Eve 2010-2012. It's a very happy result, but I'm worried that his opponent, incumbent Republican Norm Coleman, will never let it go and will take it to court again and again and again, instead of taking a page out of Al Gore's playbook and saving Minnesota the grief of The Election That Wouldn't Die. Coleman needs to hear the wisdom of that line from the HBO movie "Recount": Even if I win, I can't win.
