I think I'm going to make this a weekly thing. Today, in this post, PLUG your STUFF. Got a show coming up or getting published somewhere or having a reading upcoming? Plug here. Even if it's weeks away. The only way to get people to remember stuff is plug early and plug often.
Plug! Plug! Plug!
I want to hear what's up and when!
Isaac, tell us about Amulet! Josh...got a reading? Alison, have a book to sell?
Anyone else? Talk to me! COMMENT! PLUG! PLUG! PLUG!
DO IT!

My new original show, That's What We're Here For (an american pageant) will perform six times in The Brick's $ellout Festival from June 17 to 25. If we're able to, and there's demand for it, we might extend into a longer run in July/August.
The show could be best described as "Robert Wilson and/or Richard Foreman stage a patriotic Up With People/trade show/show choir performance."
I am writing about the day-to-day craft problems of creating this show (and others) at my journal.
Nerve being done at Urban Stages starting May 16. smarttix.com
after that, Pretty Theft in DC fringe and Food For Fish at the Kraine. both in July.
Deflowering Waldo getting published by DPS.
No theatre stuff in the near future, though my short plays NEW TEXAS, OR NOW THAT THE WAR IS FINALLY OVER, PARTY ON! and DIPLOMACY will premiere to full equity runs in Miami this June (yep, right in Jeb's backyard and I'm busting his bro's balls) -
I just had a play reading but I'm seriously considering a writing career somewhere other than theatre, to be honest. I'm sure I'll get over it, but damn, man, we got WEDDING SINGER and LEGALLY BLONDE the musicals opening on Broadway. WTF?
Hamlet opens June 29 in San Pedro (south of LA), then tours around southern CA all summer.
Online Comics Day is a week away, and I got to help rewrite the website. Come celebrate!
Why the hell not? Nosedive Productions is staging The Adventures of Nervous Boy (A Penny Dreadful, a new comedy-horror written by me and directed by Pete Boisvert, at the Gene Frankel Theatre (on 24 Bond Street in NYC) June 8-10, 15-17, 22-24.
