David Barbour at Lighting and Sound America is a hidden gem of american theater reviewing. Other than that I'm a fan of the Big Three at Time Out, Jason Zinoman and Scott Brown.
I enjoy the TimeOut critics a lot. I also really like Mark Peikert, formerly with NY Press, now with Drama Desk.
Charles McNulty, LA Times - always something original there, always worth reading.
