Got my activation code this morning bright and early, and now the new Radiohead is sitting on iPod waiting for a listen.
Rather excited by the whole thing. I'll let you know what I think, shortly.
Update: Um, yes. It's quite good. You'll see. It's quite, quite good. Quite. Um, good.

but how much did you pay?
£5. Comes $11.11 (including service charge) to download the 10 MP3s.
Nice. That was fair of you Freeman.
I downloaded it for $0 from the Radiohead site. I've heard this refered to as guilt-free stealing, but you know, I feel kinda bad about not even paying a token dollar or two.
My colleagues encouraged me not to pay for it.
What a complicated affair – this modern living.
Eh. It's sort of like voting. What you do in the ballot box is your business. I answered because I was asked. Anonymously, oddly.
Anyway... I'm sure that the peer-to-peer networks are covered with these MP3s. I'd be curious if there's been a reduction in that sort of file sharing of this album because you can get exactly the same material, for nothing, from the actual band.
Either way...the album is great.
I think I really paid to say "Keep doing this."
