Matthew Freeman is a Brooklyn based playwright with a BFA from Emerson College. He served as Assistant Producer and Senior Writer for the live webcast from Times Square on New Year's Eve 2010-2012. Tom Delay is all smiles in his Mugshot


Glorious. Tom Delay is booked, and above is his mugshot. Love that he took it like an actor takes a headshot. Like he's saying: "This isn't really a mugshot."
