You and me both.
And for the umpteenth time, for the benefit of those who trumpet the "experience" card, I would like to point out the following factoids:
1) Obama has more time in elected office than Hillary. And he hasn't used his spouse's record (though Michelle Obama is, make no mistake, a kick-ass individual in her own right) as his experience.
2) Though HRC tries to decry Obama's 2004 win for the U.S. Senate as not really counting since he went up against a poor antagonist (Alan Keyes -- no argument there), she also conveniently ignores how much she benefited from Rudy Giulani having to drop out in 2000 as her competitor in order to deal with his prostate cancer. Rick Lazio as fear-inspiring antagonist? Yeah, right. Add in the name recognition factor and the DLC attack machine, and it's hard to see how HRC can ever claim "underdog" title here.
3) Voted for the war. No matter what bullshit the Billarys spin, Obama unequivocally spoke out against it when he was running for the U.S. Senate (I live in Illinois, I was there, I saw him and heard him, so suck it if you don't believe me!) So was she too dumb to see through Dubya's bullshit -- or so venal that she felt she had to play the "hawk" card in order to secure her political future?
Either way -- fuck her.
